1. Delivery (Panel Access)

Products are digital software/licenses/subscriptions. Delivery is performed by provisioning a panel account, enabling product access, and (if applicable) assigning a license key in the panel.

  • No physical shipment.
  • Delivery starts after payment confirmation.
  • Enterprise packages may require additional verification/activation.

2. Activation & Account

Panel account is activated after verification/security checks. Credential security is the user’s responsibility.

License/subscription assignment

License/subscription is assigned in the panel per purchased scope. Renewal/expiry may be shown in the panel.

3. Support

For delivery/activation/access issues, we prioritize remedy. We investigate and apply necessary fixes.

  • Setup/config guidance
  • Bug analysis and fix
  • Resolving access/activation issues

4. Refund / Cancellation

For digital goods, the right of withdrawal may be restricted once performance begins. Review scope before purchase.

If service cannot be provided, panel access fails, or there is a material defect, we may refund or remedy after review.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom development/consulting/integration follows contract terms.
  • For used licenses/subscriptions, assessment depends on product type, usage and technical review.

6. Billing

Billing details may be required by law. Users are responsible for incorrect billing details.
